Satisfied customers who gave you 4 or 5 stars will be given an option to review you on Facebook or Google, and they can click through to either site.
Dissatisfied customers who rated you as 1, 2, or 3 stars will be shown a feedback form to fill out, giving you the chance to resolve the issue.
The request flow will divert customers to Google or Facebook, so you can collect more reviews on the top review sites for your business.

Our 2-step review workflow discourages negative reviewers from reviewing you on an external website. Dissatisfied customers are shown a feedback form before seeing the buttons for review sites.
