On Friday, 03/28/2025, they were called to tow for a flat tire but ended up ripping off my friend’s front bumper right in front of him, causing his parking sensors to malfunction. Then tried to pin it on him after the fact and threatened to impound his car if he didn’t sign any liability forms. They did not warn him about a front bumper ripping off, they had warned him that there would be a slight scratch on the muffler, which is common, not a whole bumper ripping off. The driver did not take responsibility and this company needs to be held liable for the damage caused by THEIR drivers.
