They didn’t have my key - even after a sent a photo of my key as requested by text.
They confirmed it will be ok - they couldn’t reproduced all the button on my key. They copied Driver 2 when i asked for driver 1 - When i said they i didn’t want the service since they weren’t able to do what was asked - I had no choice to pay otherwise they were going to erase all the keys.
