Terrible company 3pm Real Estate Services and Jay for the lack of respect and decency towards getting back and giving updates. For a moment it felt it was a scam.
We had sent several times all information them requiring and very personal documents, when we would reach out to know if he had received any info or if there was anything else missing they would never respond. I went to their office, it’s always closed. I called their company’s and NEVER returned my calls, even though I had left messages. I had booked a call online, Jimmy promised to call back and they are men of NO WORD as they never followed through. What they go for in their website it’s a LIE. THEY DONT PRACTICE WHAT THEY PREACH.
