I could write a book about these guys! We have purchased one house, sold one house and built one with these guys. They are both straight forward and upfront with you at every step. Mark is the financial wizard. He finds the RIGHT mortgage for you, lowest rates VS flexibility or what will give you the biggest return for your down payment. He knows it all and will show you how it works so you can make an informed decision.
Wally is your realtor who knows the right price to sell your house at, when to sell it and what you need to do for that maximum return. We built our home with him and the amount of knowledge and experience he had to share with us was nothing short of spectacular. He prepared us for the process before we even started and was there every step of the way.
