4 Seasons Home Comfort

We came to 4 Seasons Home Comfort to upgrade our gas furnace to an electric heating system an heat pump. We were also, at the time, upgrading to solar power. We accepted the purchase of the new heating system, knowing that an electrical upgrade was needed, but having provided the information for our solar company to 4Seasons upon their request, that the upgrade would be taken care of. It was not; had the solar company been contacted by 4Seasons, the upgrade would have been done on the day of our solar install. 4Seasons came in, one work crew removing our old gas furnace, the next day was to be another crew to install the heat pump and electrical furnace, the afternoon was another crew to do the electrical part the install, only to discover that no electrical upgrade had been done, so the electrical heating system that we had just paid nearly $20,000 could not be installed and hooked up. We were required to pay a further nearly $4,000 to do the electrical upgrade, which took a further month and a half to get completed. 4Seasons and the electrical team made no less than 6 visits to our home, but NOT A SINGLE ONE of 4 Seasons "technicians" who came to do the install, knew how to properly install and power our system! We were given a song and dance about it being new technology, so we had to be patient and understanding; we were patient and understanding from the middle of Sept. to the middle of November with no heat! They are supposed to be experts; if they are unfamiliar with the installation of technology, they have no business SELLING said technology! We just got an adjustment of our electrical bills for the last four months and our consumption went through the roof! 4Seasons was contacted AGAIN, one technician came, told us that the system was STILL not installed correctly, and that they did not have the necessary tools to fix the problem, the next technician who came the next day, told us we had a completely different problem, that our system WAS installed correctly, but to fix our problem he too needed different tools and equipment, so had to return a second time. How can we POSSIBLY BELEIVE that our system is working correctly? No offers of compensation have been forthcoming, only more shifting of responsibility, which they do EXPERTLY. So of you're looking for a company with no accountability, no expertise, no integrity- 4SEASONS Home Comfort is the COMPANY FOR YOU! Just don't expect ANY solutions, unless you have the expertise to know the minutia involved to installing your heating system yourself.
