669HEAT, my review is not a good one...new furnace was installed not even 6 months ago and I hate it. you think they return my calls or care...nope. their guarantee sux as it's just a piece of paper- they don't follow through with anything...not a happy customer at all. promise lower bills yet they've doubled....
