We've recently purchased a new home and ran into electrical issues shortly afterwards while doing some renovations. I contacted John late in the afternoon looking for assistance and he came to our home that very evening to assess the issue. Once the issues were assessed his team came to our house and addressed all issues. When I asked him if I could have additional work done it was done. His team is very professional, courteous and friendly. I was somewhat surprised when I received the invoice as I was expecting a much larger bill. If I ever have any future electrical issues, he will be the first call I make.
