We hired Abacus to assist our condo association with infrastructure improvements. The owner, Mark Little, visited our site personally. He inspected the grounds to assess current conditions as well to evaluate our needs. He was a good listener and made several suggestions to improve our site.
Once we came to a decision as to the scope of work we wanted, Mark thoroughly explained to us the process going forward and what we could expect. He explained how weather could impact the work, as well as what our owners could reasonably expect to encounter vis a vi access to the property during the process. He also gave us an accurate estimate of the time it would take to complete the job.
Weather did in fact impact the job. Abacus communicated well and we were able to inform the owners in a timely manner of the pending delay and no one was negatively impacted by the delay. The delay was brief and the job was completed on time.
Our place looks better than ever. Our drainage issues have been solved. We couldn't be happier with the end result. It was a pleasure working with Mark. He has an easygoing manner. And unlike other companies we spoke with regarding the job, he didn't try to up-sell us. He is a seasoned professional and we won't hesitate to call him again when the need arises.
