Amazing gym! The gym is offering a wide range of machines and free weights. The owner Jason is very welcoming and inspiring, the personal trainers create a great environment to learn. I am very happy to discover this gym.😊

I joined in July of 2024 for summer challenge and the difference in my body movement is undeniable.
It was a very smooth and enjoyable experience. Group classes are great and all different levels! It felt like a good workout and the small class size was great for the coach to be able to help everyone. Modifications are possible if anyone needs them. The trainer Gillian is very talented and knowledgeable. I love this facility and, more importantly, this community!! I will definitely be back and will share with friends!

I highly recommend the ABS gym to anyone. The best gym in town !!!
