Don't waste your time!! I have communicated with Jose several times via FB Messenger and text. He responds initially and then fades off into the abyss. He commits to doing a job and then won't respond. I work for a house flipping company. There are many more opportunities for someone who is willing to put in the work. I test everyone with one job to see if they are honest and will work out. Clearly this owner either has too much work or doesn't want to follow through with his commitments. Truly sad!!
