After Action Property Management took over our HOA last year, I am delighted to see significant improvements in our Vantage Pointe community. The entrances have been cleaned up nicely, and the landscaping has been noticeably enhanced. Unlike our previous property management, who rarely responded to my requests, the new property manager, Scott Sears, has been prompt in addressing my concerns and getting the job done quickly. I would highly recommend this company to other communities.
