Andrew came for a follow up appointment for my mouse problem. I had made some improvements to my garage door etc. based on my initial visit. The situation had improved but they we still getting in somewhere. Andrew was so thorough, we found exactly where they were coming in! He is so knowledgeable about the habits and behaviours of mice and made some improvements that were specific to my situation. I feel confident that because of Andrew's dedication and knowledge that my mouse days are behind me! I am very very grateful for his expertise and that he took the extra time needed to solve the problem!
