They were very friendly and informative. I was shocked at how dirty my vents were. Obviously, other duct cleaning companies I have used had not bothered to even open my cold vents as there was still construction material laying everywhere from 20 years ago. Hats off to Advanced for doing what should have been done in the first place. They will definitely be my "go to" for duct cleaning from now on. Thanks guys!
