I had contacted my auto insurance company for a tow, and what I got was this WONDERFUL man, who's name is Raul! He did such a WONDERFUL job!!!!! He was very, very kind; understood how I consider my car my "baby," and he responded with, "Well, I am going to take care of your baby for you!" And, boy, did he!!!! His towing & positioning was impeccable!!! My garage was of such a tight & constricted space, but his precision, accuracy, caution, and delicacy was such an amazing sight to see!!! I was so very impressed & delighted with his performance, not to mention, professionalism!!!! This is a man who takes a LOT of pride in his work! I HIGHLY recommend AE Towing, specifically Raul!!! Thank you so much, Raul!!!
I would give a 0 star if I could. Horrible service, O was told 60 - -90 minute wait. I waited over 3 hours for a tow and they kept pushing out the time. My insurance company contacted them and they gave a time of 45 minutes, about 15 minutes later they went to 136 minutes again. The insurance company tried to contact them and couldn’t get a hold of them. I needed to go to a tire shop that is now closed. I am moving and I have bee in my car for over 4 hours now wasting my time. The insurance company called another service, so I have another 60 - 90 minute wait. If you are too busy to get to someone in a reasonable time do not accept the job.
