I had an abysmal experience when hiring Air Concepts to replace our HVAC system. For starters, they either missed or changed appointments at the last minute several times, causing our renter to miss a lot of work time. Then a technician fell through the ceiling while on the job. Fortunately he wasn't hurt, but they didn't bother to even tell me that an accident had occurred. They left the ceiling with a huge hole in it for a full six weeks in the middle of winter and then left the drywall repair unpainted for four months after that. I had to keep asking for the job to be completed, which was very time consuming .

When I asked for our renter to be compensated for his lost time at work, the fact that he was terribly inconvenienced by the job taking six months to be fully completed, and the lost heat from having a gaping hole in the ceiling for six weeks, I received no response for two months. When I finally did hear back, the owner of the company didn't acknowledge any wrongdoing and refused to compensate our renter. I'd avoid Air Concepts at all costs! I don't believe I've ever dealt with such an unprofessional company that charged top dollar for a huge headache!
