Airdrie Silvercreek Massage

I am expressing my dissatisfaction with today's massage appointment with Sarah.Regrettably, it was the most disappointing experience I have had in this establishment. I always booked my appointment with Wendy Wu, however she isn’t available today so I tried booking with Sarah with high expectations that she would be like Wendy. Unfortunately it was the total opposite. I booked for 90 mins deep tissue but it felt like I was treated like a baby as she was very gentle, the strokes are very slow and the pressure was not even close to deep tissue. I requested her a few times to put more pressure but it didn’t feel she did. I specifically mentioned before beginning that I would like a full body massage and that my lower back is aching. She spent an hour massaging me while I lay on my stomach, however it felt like she only did it for half an hour. She incorporated cupping on my back which I did not even requested because I hate cupping. She did not even bother to ask me if I am okay with cupping. She kept doing it for a few minutes until I told her that I don’t like it. She then switched to using hot stones. I am so confused because i only booked for a deep tissue massage. When I lay on my back, she did not even touched my legs and arms and completed the remaining half an hour focusing on my head, neck and shoulders. I honestly felt that I did not get the worth of the money I paid for and will never booked my massage with her ever again. I am seriously not happy with how the massage turned out.
