The job that they did was not satisfactory. In particular, I asked them to note and or fix deficiencies regarding soffits, fascia and gables and they did not. Even if they couldnt do the repair, there is no excuse for them not notifying me of the problem especially since I specifically asked them to do so as a priority of the job.
