If I could rate her a zero I would have. She is arrogant and rude and totally unprofessional. She dealt with our reverse mortgage and let me tell you she is incompetent. Took several attempts to get the right documentation to the right people and was extremely rude about it. Oh she did get back to you but was a real bitch about it. I wouldn't ever consider doing any transcations with her again and I worn you about it - think twice. There is a lot of choice out there.
