Moreover, Mr. Bala exhibited unacceptable behavior, including belittling remarks, tardiness to scheduled conferences, and hostility when confronted about his integrity by opposing counsel, Ms. Ollson. Upon terminating our agreement, I secured the services of a reputable Toronto law firm to rectify the resulting damage. Currently, I am seeking reimbursement through small claims court, but Mr. Bala's counsel has issued unwarranted threats of cost retaliation. I urge potential clients to approach with caution, considering demonstrated indicators of unprofessionalism, unreliability, and exploitative behavior.
