My family and I have been using this location for up to four years we’ve always had super service and great results until they recently hired a young lady and the last three trips we’ve been there have been disastrous for the customer that got the young lady. She is quite brutal she doesn’t seem to know how to file a nail without catching all the skin around it but whether it be your toes or your fingers are leaving they’re bleeding. . nails are uneven and polish is peeling within hours. She needs an enormous amount of training, but it should not be at the expense and pain to the customer. The young men do a fantastic job but I’ve got to the point where I cringe when I look in the door to make sure she’s not working before I go in .. sad to say but I had to tell the truth.
