We are starting to file law suit against this contractor for potential fraud, not including completion date in the contract, misleading statements… and reporting him to the IRS, and U.S. department of Labor, he is using illegal immigrant workers, and involved in tax fraud! Beware of this contractor! (After babysitting them each step of the way for over a year and half, the contractor himself never shows up at the site to make sure the work was done correctly. I will post follow ups in details for those who are interested, the facts and truth speak for themselves…)
