my experiance stopped at the contact level. My calls didnt not go through. I tried the chat option. apparently it's a real person who takes care of that. but thats all i found out. my questions went unanswered and was at one time directed to online booking. I wanted a little information thats it. but i guess they were too busy counting their money or what ever very popular salons with no time to take care of potential clientele do. decide for yourself. I am not about to chase a business to spent my money in. as far as i was concerned they were not interested in my needs and what i would have liked to purchase yes PURCHASE as far as product lines. Oh mr chat guy didnt even as my name or get my contact info to pass on to someone, yes super sketchy
