Discriminates against the disabled.

Never obtained Certificate of Occupancy.
Attempted go censor my truthful Google review for contact ngency of money owed me. The rental unit had a long list of inhabitability problems for months, long past “reasonable time” for landlords to make repairs. The owner lied about me in response to my truthful Google review.
