We are residents in Andover North and had major issues dealing with AAM. Thery have messed up our billing and will not fix their mistakes. I have called over 5 times and had zero response. I can't even get a phone call back! This company is horrible.
Associated Assets Management is the absolute worst HOA company to ever deal with, DO NOT HIRE them for any of your properties. They steal from the HO, the properties look terrible, the vendors are the bottom of the barrel. They are extremely rude to the homeowners. I can't believe they are still in business. Do not work with them and give them money you have been warned. Check out their yelp reviews all 1 star that is how horrific the staff is, they never get back to anyone via phone or email.
This company is horrific and incredibly corrupt.
They don't keep accurate books and records, they throw away member sign-in sheets, the minutes of board meetings are incomplete and missing for many months. They will hold board meetings, without reaching a quorum and they are extremely rude if you question them. There should probably be a national class action lawsuit against this management company.
