I can't say enough great things about Jamal Jefferson, PT, DPT, CSCS at Athletico! He is hands down the most amazing physical therapist I've ever worked with— and I've had quite a few in the past. I tore my Achilles over a year ago and underwent multiple surgeries, but Jamal has truly been a game changer in my recovery.

He is incredibly knowledgeable and innovative in his approach. Every workout session is different and tailored to my specific needs, which keeps things fresh and challenging. Jamal has this amazing ability to push me to my limits in such a positive and motivating way. I really appreciate how everything he does is data-driven—he performed a series of tests and measurements to track my progress and ensure I was moving in the right direction.
