John, i have had the honor of dealing with you or your employee Frank and the number of people you have had work the office for you and recommended many people to you. Due to the interaction i had with the guy working your office, {Jan. 3rd, 2025} i will not be bringing my business to your center any more. I'm sure i'm not the only person who has has issue with the way this man has talked to customers. i'm sure you will see your custom base will shrink.
