I have been a tenant for only a month. We put in a work order because we have no hot water. I was told they had to order the part and it would be days before we got it fixed. They are aware that we have children staying at the residence. It wasn't until I called the real estate agent that someone finally called me back. I tried the office for 2 days straight and no call back. I left voice messages. I feel this company doesn't care about EMERGENCY maintenance request. I have a child. They didn't even offer a solution such as to pay to stay in a hotel. They did NOTHING but gave excuses.
