We had a replacement water heater installed. They came very promptly, and called beforehand to confirm the time of arrival. They completed the service very efficiently. They discussed options with us. The 3 workers, Matt W, Jacob and Matt were very pleasant and polite, and cleaned up the area before leaving. Matt W explained the functioning of the equipment, and left us with instructions of where to call should we have an issues. We are very pleased with the service.
