Went in to get some redness removed. Within 30 mins, my face started to blister after they said it would only get a bit redder. I’m I have pigmentation issues from the scarring where it blistered up. I prepaid for future session because they had a “deal” and it was the “last day”. Now they won’t refund me the prepaid amount and want me to keep going to them instead. I spoke to Rebecca who it shows on linked in she’s the owner, but when I spoke up her she said she’s just a specialist and she’ll need to contact the owner because they have a no refund policy. SMH do not go here!! I’ve been trying to get an answer since 6/1/24
