I reached out to B & P Residential and Commercial Painting, LLC for a quote on an epoxy floor, expecting a professional response. Instead, I received a rude and condescending reply. Rather than simply addressing my inquiry, the contractor seemed more concerned about the time I sent the message, going on a rant about business practices and professionalism. It was just a text message, which could have been handled during regular business hours – not everyone works a typical 9-to-5, and his reaction seemed overly dramatic for such a simple request.

To make matters worse, he took the time to look through my social media profiles, making assumptions about me and even criticizing my presence as a content creator. This was both invasive and unprofessional, creating an unsettling experience when I was just looking for a straightforward quote.

For anyone considering B & P Residential and Commercial Painting, LLC, I’d highly recommend looking elsewhere if you value respectful and professional communication. This kind of attitude and hostility is the last thing you want when hiring a contractor.
