Dr Grant didn't kill my dog but she sure made her death worse. She prescribed 3 antibiotics and 2 doses of NSAIDs and missed a diagnosis of cancer and left our beautiful dog quietly suffering her last few days. Her lack of intuition and arrogance deafened her to what we were seeing and left us confused and bereft. Searching internet for solutions to manage the dog's diarrhea that she for the most part ignored. She had a 10lb weight loss and she didn't call her in to examine her....just prescribed 2 more pills. If I had more space here I'd document other occasions she used bad judgment and we had to turn to Dr Sutherland to resolve her mistakes with our dogs. We stayed over 30 years with Baker Clinic while Dr Sutherland practiced but I would suggest you avoid this clinic. As for the staff....basic recommendation for the next time a client calls in distress about water tap diarrhea. Suggest you simply say.....'this sounds serious, let me see if we can fit the patient in'. Baker Clinic robbed us of the opportunity to know we did everything we could to make our big beautiful girl comfortable and to fly my daughter home to see and hold her 'heart' before she was euthanized. Make your choice after reading this....if you care for your dog, make it wisely.
