Talked to an agent Emilie today.. the WORST SERVICE EVER! She insisted I give her my current premium with my current insurance first before giving me a quote. When I refused she said and I quote she wouldn’t help me as she doesn’t work like that. She doesn’t want to WASTE her time so she hung up! This is the first time I ever met such a rude human being. She didn’t feel like working for her potential customer. Little does she know it’s not always about price that one chooses to go with a company. For me, IT’S ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I rate this company a big 0 to have someone like that working for them.
