I would not reccomend this company!!

The company failed to collect my items, as agreed on the specific date and time. Despite written confirmation via email and through the Bark platform. Not only has this led to a delay in me receiving the items, it has caused other issues which are have proven difficult to remedy.

The company failed to provide a satisfactory response, and apology. Moreover, they requested a deposit which was the full price for the agreed quote of services. Thus, it was not in fact a deposit.

I will not be reccomending this company to family or friends.
