A hailstorm came and they left their ticket saying they repair and if I put a sign in my yard, they will give me $1000 off so they came out and done the estimate that was over a month ago and whenever I called them up, they came the same day back in May. I sent them over my papers from the insurance company and the lady told me she had it to cancel my appointment because her son which is the contractor that was supposed to be coming out got sunburnt really bad. understandable about that. It has been over two weeks and never got a call or heard anything from them. I called them yesterday and she said that she was sorry about that and would have her son get back in touch with me. He never did so now they have all my paperwork, and they’re not even coming out to do the work just left me in limbo. I only gave them one star because you had to to be able to write this review.
