I've only been a tenant with this company for 4 and a half months. They're horrible. Everyone is always trying to pass the buck. I get no response whatsoever to my emails. They completely ignore me. What kind of property management is this? I've never dealt with a property management company before but to be completely ignored is unacceptable. My landlords were never allowed to ignore me. Why is this property management company allowed to? I'm so frustrated about this. What do I pay rent for? How is this okay???
