I will definitely use Boyd Co. again for ALL future service calls. Straight A's!

My 'routine' service call revealed issues with heat exchanger (promptly covered by warranty) and the furnace was running too hot. He determined that my filters were causing the overheating as well as the furnace mount humidifier was improperly vented. Boyd's attention to detail and FULL inspection has my furnace running properly and more efficiently. Service calls from other companies had never mentioned this!
