Brand-Nu Janitorial Service is the only company to hire for cleaning, packing, and organizing.
Marguerite responds quickly and keeps you informed throughout the entire process. She is professional, organized, meticulous, honest, and reasonably priced. She is also an excellent cataloguer, taking before and after pictures, plus pictures of anything she encounters along the way. Her employees work weekends and a special employee even came by at night to keep the job on schedule!
When my parents passed away, I was at a loss of even where to begin with their house and possessions. Marguerite devised a specific timeline and met that deadline. With multiple resources at her disposal, such as a dumpster on wheels when needed (avoiding an unsightly dumpster at the house with permit fees, daily rental fees, and disposal fees), she actually SAVED ME MONEY! She referred outside reputable trades, such as plumbers, electricians, and home repair companies. Because of Marguerite's longstanding relationships with these vendors, they were already vetted and trusted to have integrity. In addition to her own employees, she also oversaw the trades to ensure they met the timeframe.
When the situation seemed chaotic, confusing, and so overwhelming, she held my hand through it with compassion and humor. She, and her crew, kept me sane.
If anyone needs cleaning, packing, and organizing services, it would be foolish to choose someone else. Marguerite and her employees were absolute Godsends and I would have been so lost without them. If I ever need help in future, I will definitely contact them again. Absolutely fantastic!
