Yesterday the office manager from centerville in garland tx, called me. He apologized to me from the integer staff at the centerville office. A little to later for an apology. It has been 7 months. It took almost 4 hours to do the procedure that only takes 30 to 45 minutes. Plus 1 hours and 1/2 that I waited for my follow-up appointment. It has been a year since I had the surgery. And still no implants yet. Can you believe that? The funny part is that they are willing to give me a 10%discount. And for all the customers that are satisfied with their service good for you. You should get a 10% discount on your next application. What Dr. Fu did to me is unacceptable.
