My husband booked an appointment with Jack & we found him to be professional and personable. He was punctual, spent 2.5 hours one morning doing the inspection and explained things as we progressed through the house. My husband and I stayed for pretty much the whole inspection. Jack answered all our questions with patience till we understood everything and then provided us a very detailed written report later the same evening. I have no complaints and very pleased with the whole process that allowed to make a sound decision on the purchase of our home.
