I will never bring my dog back to this facility. They don't reply to emails from their own website, and they refused emergency service to an injured and bleeding long-time family member without even a suggestion of where else to go because "all the doctors (were) busy." Not "Sit and wait and we'll get your dog in there." Just oh well I guess. Sorry about your luck.
Apparently they don't want my money or feel like caring for my dog. If you and your pet love this place, by all means knock yourself out. You won't be fighting me for a spot in line.
I sent them a message via Facebook politely, professionally explaining the situation and expressing my displeasure.

"Hello, thank you for bringing to our attention that you sent messages through our website but did not receive a response.
"I looked through all of our website messages as well as our emails including spam and deleted and did not see any messages from you. I have also reached out to our website managers to have them look to see if there have been any messages from you that did not get sent to us.
"Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. If you ever have any issues in the future with us receiving or replying to your messages, please give us a call.
"We do schedule by appointment and try to accommodate as many appointments per day as we can. Thank you!"

"That's fine and all, as that issue definitely needs to be addressed. What I was more concerned about was being turned away after being such a long-term member of the Crestview family.
"Never mind MY dog, is that how the staff is with every animal? "Oh, that dog looks injured and it's bleeding. Sorry, we're too busy right now. Bummer."
"My dog WAS injured and WAS bleeding and we were refused service. I'm trying to be cool and diplomatic about this, but the staff there messed with me and my only companion since she was born 11 years ago.
"Maintaining this positive, constructive attitude is pretty difficult given the circumstances. I really want to rip these folks a few new orifices and instruct them on what they can put in there.
"But it's cool. I left reviews on your Facebook page, Yelp, Google Reviews, and with the Better Business Bureau (through which your "hospital" is NOT accredited).
"That's as far as I'm going to take this for right now. My dog and I aren't worthy of your staff's attention, so this is the limit of the attention I'll grant to you.
"At the very least, hopefully my reviews will give folks pause before they bring their pets to this ramshackle, half-witted, uncaring dump."

Take your pet somewhere else. Anywhere.
