Our Berner loves it here as much as home. Everyone at Quest takes care of your dog like it's their own, you can tell they are true dog lovers. Great place for your Dog to play for the day while you work😆😆

My little guy recently started doggy daycare and all of the employees have been a pleasure to deal with. Joseph always comes home tired and usually sleeps right through to the next day haha.

Amazing place, fantastic service from great staff. Our dog loves going there and can hardly wait to get out of the car when we arrive. Highly recommended!

We have a little Yorkie and we brought him here while we spent a night in Port Stanley. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. I would bring our little guy back here again for sure!

In April 2024 we left our fur babies in the care of Farin (owner of Brutus Quest) and her staff for an 8 night stay while we were in Mexico.

We had been sending them for daycare for a while and felt good that they would be cared for approprietly.

Man were we wrong.

4 days after picking up our boys from Farin's staffs care, after we got them groomed- we found they had welts on both dogs stomachs, and tail. Our vet confirmed this was caused from laying in wet- likely overnight, or for long periods of time prior to us picking them up- as this infection takes days to appear.

When we brought this to Farins attention she not only agreed that this happened in their care but said she would take responsibility(have text messages)

When we presented her with the $700 hundred dollar vet bill-she refused taking any sort of responsibility- stating that we have a signed contract and that they are not liable for any vet bills due to any injury, this is not an injury this is neglect..

Farin is currently on maternity leave, and states she is running a farm and told us that she trusts her staff and let her staff run her business as she does not have time due to her busy schedule to take care of her own business.

Do not take your dogs to her, your dog is not left in capable hands.

Please feel free to reach out if you would like more details about our interaction with 'this young
entrepreneur' who should not be in business.

This was a review we left previously..sad this has happened...we really thought our fur babies would be loved while we were gone..

For those hesitating to join daycare, our boys love it!

They are well taken care of, and are soo excited to go every week to play with their friends!

They come home clean, tired and happy!

I 100% recommend Farin and her team.
