Horrible gym. I've been coming here for the past 3 months and all of my favorite staff members have quit due to a new hire, as the director of operations. She's flat out rude, doesn't greet people on their way in or out, shoots people dirty looks, has a weird vibe to her, overly strict, when you don't know how to greet people when they walk in its an issue, because thats what makes a good gym a good gym. Slowly but surely she's making the gym worse and worse, As a member here this is completely unacceptable and not sure why they were hired in the first place. As they clearly have no idea how to greet people, nor smile or be welcoming. Not sure if the owners of the gym are aware of this behavior or if she puts on a mask in front of them, but from what I've viewed, completely unacceptable behavior... Horrible director of operations.
