We were at senior citizen apt and got bed bugs ,our neighbor had them also. The management hired bug out and we followed all the procedures.Due to new ownership we and other residents were asked to vacate, We were told that our bedbug problem was solved. We moved disposing of mattresse and chairs etc. .Bought new furniture and are now reinfected. New exterminator it is one of the worse hes seen. We are elderly and this is hard and this company has showed no regret for what we've been through.Needed info on chemicals used and they wouldn't supply it because we weren't using ug out which isludricous because why would we use them again.They have cost us money our health and it has been physically draining .Eileen Brock
