after posting the previous review the owner has gone on show how unprofessional and ruthless they are. they have been fighting with me in the comments of my post. texting me to delete my reviews, making up possible lies about family members passing to excuse their negligent behavior. they have even gone as far as contacting my workplace saying " i am a bad representation to the animal world" if anything i am a great one by being their voice towards this corrupt establishment. im sure it will be only a matter of time until they are shut down judging by their practices. beware
