If you book an appointment, at the Glendale Canadian Tire St. Catharines, be prepared to have your car for 2-3 hrs. They expect you to come on time yet they take their time to even start the job. Worst experience ever. After 2 hrs I came to see an update about the car and said not ready,. We sat in the waiting room and after 12-15 min they finally came to get the car for winter tire change. It took only 20 min for them to change the tire. My question is why book an appointment. Do not recommend this location. Spoke to Richard the manager of auto services and did not even show any interest and said it takes 2 hrs to change tires and walked away. Real customer service not.
