I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at the Canadian Tire Maloney branch. I have been a loyal customer for over six years, despite encountering several issues in the past. However, my recent experience has compelled me to raise this formal complaint.
During my latest visit, I observed the following:
On a previous occasion, your team damaged the host while replacing the bearing.
Another time, one of my tires was not tightened properly, placing me in significant danger as it nearly came off while driving.
Most recently, the supervisor spoke to me in an unprofessional and rude manner, as though I were not a long-standing customer. To make matters worse, I was informed I would be charged for work that was not performed, and I was advised to undertake unnecessary repairs, which seemed like a tactic to generate revenue rather than prioritize customer safety.
Such practices not only diminish trust but also compromise customer safety, which should be paramount. I am requesting the following:
A thorough investigation into these incidents.
An explanation and accountability for the actions of your team.
Assurance that such issues will not occur in the future.
I value the services Canadian Tire provides, but this experience has left me deeply disappointed and concerned. I hope for a prompt response to address these matters appropriately
