**DO NOT GET AN ALIGNMENT AT THIS CT!!!!!!!!***
Went for an alignment on my car. Paid and left: my wheels were still VERY obviously crooked, seen by the naked eye.
Took over 30 minutes to get the service advisor on the phone the next day. WTF. Then she proceeded to rebut my request and didn't believe that the wheels were still crooked.
Booked me another appointment a week away. Because apparently they only have one alignment guy .
Went for the second adjustment. Got told some massive bull crap about how it would be a two hours job to adjust my *adjustable control arms that I had specifically installed to correct the wheels*. wtf?!
Meantime, my mechanic knows my car and keeps advising what I should do (he doesn't have an alignment machine). I really don't want to go back for a third time to deal with this Canadian Tire and their completely f'ing incompetent alignment guy. All he has to do is LOOK at the part.
