I went from a most frustrating and inraging situation at finley creek canadian tire that would not warranty a $350 camper battery one yr into a 2 yr warranty with all right paperwork to a heron road canadian tire that gave the battery a voltage test and had no problem with exchange under warranty thanks to Jay at the parts counter with 15 yr experience and courteous customer service as his shift had ended as I got there and still stayed to service my issue on extra time which in turn made me a believer in canadian tire and customer service !
Hopefully management recognized how much Jay( automotive part counter) is an asset to to there personnel!
