Poor Auto Service both in time and competence. Brought in vehicle at appointment time for possible battery and oil change. 41/2 hours later was phoned and asked what kind of battery I wanted. Told it is in a bay now and will be worked on first thing next morning. 5 p.m. 9 hours later, called to say vehicle is ready. When asking out what was done and final amount I asked where is the oil change I asked for? Person checked the invoices and said not oil change indicated, will talk to the manager as what his response will be and phone me tomorrow morning. Phoned next morning by employee to say the oil change was done and given free because of the delay and mistake. He gave me a total price that was 9 dollars less than what was told to me when I inquired twice before. $9.00!!!! No way of contacting them as an automated message prompts you to leave a number and they will call you. 3 times tried to phone same method of response. I blame the Incompetence of manager to coordinate reasonable time line for actual service and employee competence. Profit over customer service is obviously the issue plus the manager giving me a $9.00 credit on an oil-change thinking I had already received the total amount due from 2 previous that called me at the end of the day. Deceptive added to the incompetence list.
